Roger's KC BBQ

Roger’s KC BBQ is our in-house catering company that partners with us, BCB, to fuel our events. Throughout the year you can find Roger on the grill or behind the fryer throwing down! Roger participates in many festivals and events around town, you may have smelt his ribs, but he also hosts many fish fry’s and dinner plate sales’ right here at BCB! Roger's Barbecue has smoked Kansas City style meat from ribs, rib tips, smoked beef brisket, pork steaks and chicken. We offer catering and delivery to businesses.
