Additional Options:
Kitchen access is available for an additional $100–$150 Monday through Thursday or $150–$200 Friday through Sunday.
Please Note: Friday evening and Saturday rentals require a four-hour minimum. Rental time must include decorating, setup, vendor access, event activities, cleanup, and breakdown. Special community or partner rates may be available with written BCB approval.

All equipment and additional services are subject to availability, confirmation, and any applicable charges.
How to Reserve Your Event Space
Planning your event at BCB is simple!
Step 1: Choose Your Event Details
Select your preferred date, event type, space, and estimated number of guests.
Step 2: Complete the Rental Application
Fill out the BCB Facility Venue Rental Agreement with your event information and rental preferences.
Step 3: Secure Your Reservation
Once your rental is approved, a payment of 50% of the rental charge is required to reserve your date. A separate refundable security/damage deposit is also required unless waived by BCB:
- $250 for standard events
- $500 for weddings, concerts, dances, and large parties
Step 4: Get Ready to Celebrate!
The remaining rental balance is due 14 days before your event. Coordinate any additional setup or equipment needs with BCB before your event date.
Security deposits are refundable after the event when rental agreement conditions are met. Event changes or cancellations must be submitted at least seven days in advance. Additional terms, potential fees, and cancellation conditions are outlined in the rental agreement.
